Packnow Technology Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We're registered in England and Wales (company no. 00000000). This page explains what we collect and why, in plain terms.

What we collect

If you contact us, we keep your name, email address, company name and whatever you write in your message. We don't ask for anything else.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or contract once we've agreed work.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the email and hosting providers we use to run the business. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax rules.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@packnowtech.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving them.
